Data Product Manager - Remote

GoodParty.org is looking for a data obsessed Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join us in our mission of making people matter more than money in our democracy.

In Short

• Look at data, architecture and ideal outcomes and apply quantitative and qualitative methods to validate these ideas.
• Draft requirements and create a roadmap for data within our products.
• Create cohesive funnels that drive user adoption and growth.
• Turn ideas into scalable product solutions for independent candidates.
• Collaborate on product vision and strategy with various teams.
• Align company’s data assets with business goals.
• Organize user research and testing across our user base.
• Productize emerging AI tools and understand prompt engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building data-driven tech products.
• Experience in building products from scratch or early-stage products.
• Strong obsession with data and user success.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Generative-AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Engineering or quantitative degree with strong SQL understanding.
• Understanding of the American political system.
• Experience with lean and Kanban processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
