Overview

The Application Engineer - vECU Development will develop, test, validate, integrate, and release Virtual Mechatronics Control Units for Software Defined Vehicles, working with various automotive technologies and tools.

In Short

• Develop and validate virtual Electronic Control Units (vECUs) for GM vehicles.
• Utilize tools like Synopsys Virtualizer, Vector CANalyzer, and Lauterbach Trace 32.
• Act as the main contact for technical aspects of vMCUs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• One year of experience in engineering or related roles.
• Experience with validating and releasing passenger vehicle ECUs.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols.
• Ability to perform complex design analysis.
• Strong communication skills for technical support.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
