Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives, with a specific focus on GeneDx’s Epic Aura integrations.

• Develop and drive Epic Aura rollout strategy between Enterprise and EHR teams.
• Collaborate with EHR Implementation Program Managers to achieve integration goals.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions to work toward EHR goals.
• Act as the primary liaison across departments for alignment.
• Develop program strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Coordinate resource allocation across projects.
• Keep stakeholders informed of program progress and risks.
• Drive process improvements across program operations.
• No people management responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program and project management.
• EHR/EMR integration background preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Collaborative work style across a distributed workforce.
• Experience in project planning and risk management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Good judgment in escalating risks and issues.
