Director of Web Strategy, Platform & Content - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director, Web Strategy, Platform and Content Lead to take end-to-end ownership of GeneDx.com and other company web presence. This role will be responsible for establishing and executing overall web channel strategy and objectives.

In Short

• Own the company website as a strategic channel.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to enhance user experience.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors.
• Define and maintain the content strategy for the website.
• Serve as the platform owner for the web tech stack.
• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Develop processes for campaign tagging and web analytics.
• Provide regular reporting on web performance.
• Lead web projects from concept through execution.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web content strategy or digital marketing.
• Expertise with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tracking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead web projects.
