Overview

The Software Engineering Intern will work with the Gen Digital CSIS Engineering team to develop back-end services and applications that enhance consumer Cyber Safety, providing hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of SQL/Data warehousing and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and BASH.
Knowledge of Ruby preferred.
Experience with Java, C/C++, and HTML desired.
Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
