Account Manager (Remote - Sacramento Territory)

Gemini Legal is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to expand our presence in the legal services industry, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.

In Short

• Manage an established territory with regular travel throughout the Sacramento region.
• Execute strategic sales plans and promote industry-leading products and services.

• Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Compensation is $75,000 - $99,000 OTE.
• Requires 90% travel within the Sacramento territory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Advanced computer skills, including CRM and data analytics, are required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Requirements

• At least five years of business development and/or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
• Previous legal industry experience is a plus.
• Strong self-management and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
