Overview

The Learning Development Manager at GEA Group is responsible for creating and managing training programs aimed at advancing skills and knowledge across the organization, while being part of a passionate global team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-driven and structured.
• Strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
