Overview

The MCTSP Support Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the US Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program, leading and mentoring military commanders and staff.

• Lead the HICOM for the US Army National Guard.
• Teach and mentor Division and Brigade Commanders.
• Ensure exercise support requirements are met.
• Responsible for deliverables including operation orders.
• Provide direct support to ARNG training events.

• Manage and synchronize training objectives.
• Must possess Top Secret clearance.
• 20+ years of related military experience required.

Requirements

• MA/MS or higher degree required.
• 20 years of Army experience.
• Senior leadership experience in the Army.
• Experience with exercise planning using JELC process.
• Familiarity with Army MCIS operations.
• Minimum of 2 years with MCTSP or similar program preferred.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
