Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Gcore, you will provide first-line support to customers and internal users, helping them with technical issues and consultations about our products and services.

In Short

  • Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations about products and services including CDN, Cloud, Streaming, Hosting, DNS, and Storage.
  • Resolve technical issues by providing diagnostics and escalating as necessary.
  • 1+ year of Customer/Technical Support experience required.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira is essential.
  • Basic networking knowledge is required.
  • Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills are necessary.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly is important.
  • Work two consecutive night shifts followed by two days off.

Requirements

  • Good experience with Zendesk and Jira.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Quick learner and organized team player.
  • Responsible and polite with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
