• Participate in discussions on quantitative product development, providing reasonable suggestions for product planning and design.
• Conduct a series of quality assurance activities, ensuring product quality and user experience throughout the process.
• Utilize testing tools, auxiliary scripts, and automation to ensure project quality and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of testing development experience, with at least 1 year in the financial/quantitative testing field.
• Proficient in Python or at least one programming language, and familiar with testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust) and experience in tuning high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
• Solid foundational knowledge in financial trading and traditional securities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
