Requirements

• 3+ years of testing development experience.
• 1+ year of testing experience in the financial sector.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust).
• Experience in tuning high concurrency and low latency systems.
• Familiarity with quantitative trading basics (technical indicators, backtesting, slippage).
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
