• Participate in discussions about trading tool product development and provide reasonable suggestions for product planning and design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of testing development experience, with at least 1 year in the financial sector.
• Proficient in Python or at least one programming language, familiar with testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust), with experience in tuning high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with the basics of quantitative trading (technical indicators, backtesting, slippage, etc.).
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
