OTC Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced OTC Sales Manager to join our team at Gate.io, a leading cryptocurrency exchange. You will be responsible for expanding our OTC trading business globally and actively seeking new client groups while providing exceptional trading services.

In Short

• Develop new trading opportunities and actively seek new clients.
• Build a client network and convert client resources, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region.
• Responsible for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients in the Chinese community.
• Establish and maintain good relationships while executing and managing OTC trading orders.
• Provide customized trading strategies to clients and collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Ensure seamless execution and settlement processes.
• Design and implement marketing activities to attract new clients.
• Expand our OTC trading business while complying with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a certain client network to support upstream and downstream funding and large transactions.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the payment/financial/OTC industry.
• Rich experience in building and maintaining client relationships with a good track record.
• In-depth understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
• Outstanding analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Native Chinese speaker with the ability to communicate in English.
