Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or related fields with 8+ years of data analysis experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Extensive experience in business analysis related to trading, growth, and user behavior.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and growth analysis methods.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data analysis into business value.
• Excellent team management and cross-departmental communication skills.
