Overview

As a CRM Manager & Data Analyst at Idana, you play a crucial role in our team. Your ability to manage and optimize complex processes is essential for the smooth operation of our internal processes. You will develop a deep understanding of our CRM system (HubSpot) and continuously maintain and enhance the infrastructure.

In Short

• Manage and optimize CRM processes using HubSpot.
• Analyze KPIs to identify improvement potential.
• Create automation workflows in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards based on CRM data.
• Act as the primary contact for CRM users.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to achieve business goals.
• Resolve CRM-related issues and technical challenges.
• Provide data visualizations and BI dashboards for decision-making.
• Automate data analyses and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain ELT and reverse-ETL pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in setting up automations in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and DBT.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects.
• Reliable and accurate in data management.
• Strong analytical skills for data evaluation.
• Structured approach to organizing implementations and projects.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and training.
• Good command of German (minimum B2 level).
