In Short

  • Own and manage mid-market client and broker relationships across a high-volume book of business (50–60 accounts).
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by executing key workflows and monitoring account health.
  • Track and analyze client success KPIs, translating insights into action plans.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to client goals.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Concierge.
  • Lead client meetings and communications with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in virtual and in-person client-facing sessions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing a large B2B book of business.
  • Demonstrated client management expertise.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset leveraging KPIs.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team.
