Manager, Compliance & Education - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Compliance & Education is responsible for leading compliance initiatives and developing educational programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting internal teams and external partners.

In Short

• Act as internal authority on compliance frameworks like CMMC and NIST 800-171.
• Own compliance interpretations and guidance in the FutureFeed platform.
• Review and approve compliance-related product changes.
• Develop and deliver education programs, including training at events.
• Manage the Learning Management System and track learner progress.
• Support sales teams with compliance curriculum for events.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate compliance requirements.
• Measure success through compliance guidance accuracy and training adoption.

Requirements

• Experience with DIB compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171).
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into practical guidance.
• Strong judgment in compliance decision-making.
• Experience in designing and delivering education or training programs.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• CMMC-CCA qualifications preferred.
