Collections Associate - Remote

Overview

This position offers the right person an opportunity to be an integral stakeholder in the deduction collection process with a key account, managing collections and post-audit recovery to reduce non-working trade.

In Short

• Work with Category Account Managers to analyze post-audit claims.
• Provide trend analysis on UADs and post-audits.
• Collaborate with Credit on UAD support.
• Ensure compliance with business terms and policies.
• Propose solutions to streamline reporting.
• Participate in calls with customers regarding collections.
• Lead business review meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis for business challenges.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
