Requirements

• 4+ years in Medical Collections at a diagnostics company.
• Experience handling the appeals process.
• Knowledge of medical benefit levels and plans.
• Working knowledge of coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
