In Short

• Assist in monitoring key revenue cycle metrics for the doula business line.
• Support the setup of internal processes for fee-for-service claims submission.
• Contribute to the development of a revenue cycle playbook.
• Stay informed about billing regulations and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to support revenue cycle operations.
• Coordinate with third-party billing vendors to monitor metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years revenue cycle experience with telehealth companies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
• Results-oriented operator who moves fast.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
