The Operations Associate (Data Collection - Broker) plays a critical role in managing data collection processes and maintaining professional relationships with brokers and plan sponsors at Wrangle.

In Short

• Review incoming plan sponsor data from brokers and plan sponsors.
• Respond to broker emails within four hours.
• Provide access to Wrangle’s database for data input and status updates.
• Compare incoming data with last year’s information for accuracy.
• Perform due diligence checks on new plan sponsors.
• Ensure auto reports are sent out appropriately.
• Assist and support various consultants and specialists.
• Self-manage tasks according to Wrangle’s Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline.
• Maintain timely email communication.
• Be cautious of employment fraud and validate job postings.
