Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a SDR or BDR role with outbound outreach experience.
  • Proactive and thoughtful approach to outreach.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills.
  • Professional yet warm presence for connecting with leaders.
  • Experience in sales development for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Team-oriented mindset for collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Growth mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Experience reaching out to VPs of Sales and Marketing is a plus.
  • Process-oriented thinking for creating new systems.
