  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting the Owner-Operator audience.
  • Identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, direct mail, in-person, and conferences.
  • Lead experimentation by testing and iterating on new demand generation tactics.
  • Own lead acquisition and nurturing through relationship-driven activations and events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product marketing.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
  • Leverage targeted distribution channels to amplify demand generation efforts.
  • Present demand generation results and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience scaling demand generation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation best practices and marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in using data and analytics for decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to design and manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Experience creating compelling content for high-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
