Requirements

• 5+ years of ML/DS experience solving real product problems
• Strong expertise in ML and mathematical statistics
• Metrics-driven mindset connecting ML metrics with business metrics
• Confident in Python with a product-oriented approach
• Advanced SQL and experience with ClickHouse and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and production workflows
• Ability to break down problems and deliver to production
