Senior AI/ML Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to architect and scale the core intelligence behind our platform, which spans systems design, ML engineering, and LLM integration.

In Short

• Design, build, and optimize pipelines for live customer interactions.
• Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and reinforcement learning systems.
• Partner with engineering leadership to take ideas from whiteboard to production.
• Build production-grade RAG systems and optimize token usage.
• Deploy and monitor reinforcement learning systems.
• Collaborate on platform-wide architecture and data contracts.
• Maintain and enrich vector knowledge bases.
• Support streaming interaction layers including voice and WebSockets.
• Drive continuous optimization across latency, cost, and performance.
• Shape architecture and systems from end to end.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ML, AI, or data engineering roles.
• Expert-level Python for backend and ML workflows.
• Experience with modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Production experience with reinforcement learning.
• Comfort with distributed systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building streaming or real-time pipelines.
• Track record of shipping complex systems in production.
