Fundraise Up is seeking a principal fundraising strategist to enhance fundraising success through strategic guidance and enablement, empowering Customer Success and Solution Engineering teams.

In Short

• OTE: $170,000 - $200,000
• Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
• Location: remote in North America

Requirements

• 10+ years in fundraising, including 5+ years in a senior strategic role
• Expertise in multi-channel fundraising strategies and nonprofit operations
• Strong analytical, consultative, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to execute hands-on work and build scalable processes
• Exceptional presentation and data visualization skills
