Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is driven to listen to the voice of the customer and demonstrates a blend of customer-facing skills as well as technical acumen. In this role, you will assist customers guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our Inventory and Order Management software platform.

In Short

  • Lead product demonstrations and provide support and thought partnership for opportunity meetings in partnership with the sales and product teams.
  • Assist with Onboarding, Support and Training related tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow including integration with QuickBooks.
  • Document and track all client interactions within internal software.
  • Proactively manage escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to address customer issues and concerns swiftly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP/IMS.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
