Testing Program Liaison - Remote

Overview

The Testing Program Liaison at Fullscript will manage the execution and evolution of the clinician-led supplement testing program, ensuring compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.

In Short

• Own the quarterly supplement testing program from start to finish.
• Identify high-risk or high-value supplement SKUs.
• Develop testing standards and methodologies in partnership with accredited labs.
• Collaborate with QA, Medical Innovation, and Merchandising teams.
• Analyze Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for data interpretation.
• Create educational materials for practitioners.
• Keep assay methodologies up to date with emerging science.
• Manage sample logistics and lab coordination.
• Conduct program planning and SKU risk assessments.
• Provide expert input on new ingredients and testing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years in an accredited supplement-testing or analytical lab.
• Strong scientific writing and data-translation skills.
• Understanding of supplement quality standards and GMP requirements.
• Bonus: Master’s or PhD in Analytical Chemistry.
• Prior experience in a supplement company or medical affairs.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content management tools.
• Experience creating educational content for healthcare audiences.
