Overview

ZUFALL logistics group is a family-owned logistics company with over 2,200 employees at 40 locations. We are looking for a strong software solutions expert to lead our digital transformation.

In Short

• Lead and mentor an agile development team.
• Responsible for the technical architecture and development of web applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and IT Infrastructure.
• Promote modern development processes (CI/CD, Code Reviews, Testing).
• Inspire and develop team members.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development with Python and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Django, React, and Docker.
• Experience in leading development teams.
• Understanding of scalable software architectures and agile methods.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
