Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic web team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of Freshworks.com.

In Short

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements.
• Develop interaction models and design solutions that enhance usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Continuously explore emerging design trends.
