Senior Experience Designer - Remote

Age of Learning is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to enhance user experiences across various digital platforms and contribute to a major brand refresh.

In Short

• Participate in all phases of the design process including user journey flows and prototypes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain visual integrity and brand standards.
• Focus on reactivating old users through effective user journeys and marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging marketing materials such as digital ads and social media graphics.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on project objectives and audience needs.
• Communicate design processes and solutions effectively to teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design.
• Create and manage a marketing creative UI toolkit.
• Act as a UX expert and advisor on design principles and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in Adobe products and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience in mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes based on user feedback.
• Experience in designing customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with character animation is a plus.
