Overview

The Americas Partner Engagement Manager plays a critical role in driving the adoption and success of the Americas Services Partner Program, managing partner engagement across North America and LATAM.

In Short

• Responsible for AMER Services Partner Program adoption, communication, and KPIs.
• Acts as Freshworks’ partners PS engagement manager for NA and LATAM regions.
• Coordinates with partners’ Channel Manager on partner selection and performance.
• Communicates with assigned partners and tracks their Professional Services engagements.
• Coordinates risk-mitigation and escalation internally at Freshworks.
• Works with North America Mid-Market Sales Segment leaders and LATAM Sales leaders.
• Promotes Global Partner Program to the Americas Services partners.
• Communicates partner enablement needs to Partner Enablement Program Manager.

Requirements

• 10-13 years in Partner and Channel experience in a SaaS organization.
• Ability to work with C-suite and practitioners of partners.
• Excellent project management, facilitation, and risk management skills.
• English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills are required.
