Business Development Associate - Remote

Overview

Join a high-growth team for an NYC-based custom apparel startup experiencing 60% growth Y/Y. As a business development associate, you’ll power the growth of Fresh Prints by working with our strategy team to develop and optimize strategic sales campaigns.

In Short

• Develop outbound sales campaigns to target key markets via emails/texts/calls and other customer acquisition channels
• Field campaign responses and optimize conversion rates by understanding the client’s requirements
• Work with strategy and sales to setup client calls
• Conduct market research to develop a pipeline of potential clients
• Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics to finetune sales campaign strategies

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, business development, marketing or operations experience preferred
• Strong writing ability with experience in copywriting (must have)
• Great verbal communicator with U.S. clients
• English fluency
