Overview

The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline through high volume, outbound calling, while working remotely in Texas or Georgia.

In Short

  • Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
  • 2 - 3+ years of sales or B2B experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce is required.
  • Knowledge of facilities products is a plus.
  • Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment.
  • Independent and accountable self-starter.
  • Experience with consultative selling preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Documents and maintains all activity within the CRM system.
  • Facilitates a smooth handoff to the sales team once sales quotas are met.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to research and provide insightful dialogue to clients.
