Operations Analyst / Operations Team Member - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst / Operations Team Member to join our growing team at Freedx, a fast-growing centralised crypto exchange. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to process improvements.

In Short

• Assist in managing daily operational processes including transaction processing, deposits, withdrawals, and trading operations.
• Monitor platform activity to identify and escalate operational bottlenecks or technical issues.
• Ensure trading and liquidity operations run smoothly.
• Assist in the secure processing of digital asset transactions.
• Support the implementation and execution of custody standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions.
• Ensure all operational activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve user issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify operational needs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Experience in the crypto or financial sector is a plus.
