Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

• Partner with schools to achieve high-leverage results.

• Communicate value of LIM process to prospective schools.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal and/or District Level Administrator.
• Experience with LIM implementation.
• Strong coaching acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and logistics.
• Comfortable with technology and systems.
• High energy, patience, and personal maturity.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity.
• Geographic location preferred.
