In Short

• Schedules and provides technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers.
• Tests and troubleshoots Franklin Electric products. Supervises and assists at product installations.
• Promotes and represents Franklin Electric products and programs at tradeshows and special events.
• Collects and reports marketing information pertaining to competitive products and customer needs.
• Writes and submits weekly and special reports highlighting problems at specific sites.
• Self-motivated and collaborative individual passionate about making a positive impact.
• Effective communicator interpreting information clearly to stakeholders.
• Travels 50 percent of the time, including overnight travel.
• Degree in business administration, computer technology, engineering, or a related field required.
• Five plus years of related water systems or industry experience preferred.

Requirements

• Writes reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals.
• Interprets technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Travels 50 percent of the time, including up to 50 percent overnight travel.
• Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five plus years of related experience preferred.
