Business Development Manager - China - Remote

Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

In Short

• Develop the assigned territory (China) including converting leads into clients.
• Hunt for trading professionals across various platforms to engage them as clients/partners.
• Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
• Assist in onboarding trading clients and partners while ensuring a great user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales/marketing content.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners and retain clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
• Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize their performance against KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide customer journey feedback.
• Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.

Requirements

• Experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry preferred.
• Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English required.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant fields.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive attitude.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
