Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at FourKites, you will tackle complex challenges in the logistics and supply chain industry, developing end-to-end features using the latest technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in RoR, Java, and GoLang.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Good understanding of design patterns and object-oriented principles.
• Ability to write unit tests and component tests.
• Experience with frontend libraries/frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
