We’re seeking an innovative Agentic AI Product Manager to join our product team in Chennai and drive the next generation of our AI-powered Digital Workers. You’ll be at the forefront of developing autonomous AI agents that transform supply chain operations, working on products like FIN AI assistant, Tracy (our Track & Trace AI agent) and Sam (our Supplier Collaboration AI agent), while conceptualizing and building new digital workers that can learn, collaborate, and automate complex supply chain workflows.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align AI agent development with company objectives.
• Identify new opportunities for AI agents across supply chain domains.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for autonomous AI agents.
• Establish metrics for agent performance.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points.
• Create detailed product requirements for agentic AI systems.
• Work with engineering teams on API design and system architecture.
• Manage multiple stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Shape the future of supply chain visibility in a rapidly growing market.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
