Senior Product Manager - Sourcing Suite - Contract - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite, you will own a portfolio of core products that power applicant acquisition and recruitment marketing. You’ll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across these tools, collaborating closely with various teams to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful products.

• Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery for Source, Reach, and Referrals products
• Translate customer insights and business needs into high-impact, scalable solutions
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics to build data-powered features
• Leverage self-serve AI tools to experiment and iterate quickly
• Define and track success metrics and operate effectively in ambiguity
• Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across stakeholders
• Align closely with CS, Sales, and Implementation to drive adoption and success

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech or data-intensive platforms
• Proven experience building or working with data products
• Comfortable working with Data Science and Analytics teams
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution
• A growth mindset with curiosity and grit
