Implementation Manager - Legal - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Manager will be a key member of the Delivery team at Foundation AI, responsible for managing implementations, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the successful adoption of the Foundation AI platform.

• Engage with customers to define their business requirements.
• Showcase product concepts through presentations and demos.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients.
• Facilitate project execution through requirements gathering.

• Create documentation artifacts for projects.
• Work with the Customer Success team for project milestones.

Requirements

• A technical or business degree with 3-8 years of experience in SAAS or product consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Experience in consulting skills including business analysis and process mapping.
• LegalTech experience is a plus.
• Systems implementation skills are required.
• Ability to manage customer expectations independently.
