Overview

The Technical Sales Manager – Field Sales FCAL is a vital role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Fluke’s New Product Introductions (NPIs) across the territory in the South of UK.

In Short

  • Accountable for achieving sales targets across ECAL, PCAL, TCAL, and Fluke Premium Care portfolios.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers for product selection.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
  • Drive the successful introduction and adoption of new products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics.
  • Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience in calibration or instrumentation.
  • Strong background in metrology.
  • Deep understanding of the calibration market.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and articulate new technologies.
