Overview

As a Regional Account Manager for Tektronix in Turkey, you will be responsible for developing key accounts in the Aerospace & Defense, Research, and Automotive sectors, fostering strong customer relationships to drive innovation and success.

In Short

  • Lead and develop relationships with key accounts in Aerospace, Defense, Research, and Automotive.
  • Work autonomously in Turkey with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Manage and grow the geographical market in Turkey.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for distributors.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to product solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, spending most of your time engaging with clients.
  • Develop a strategic sales mindset to gain market share.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator and AI tools for customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain detailed customer data using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar technical field.
  • Several years of successful sales experience in high-tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Test & Measurement Equipment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Based in Ankara, with readiness to travel extensively across Turkey.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
