Overview

The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibilities for retention and growth, this role will cover the Rocky Mountain East Region.

In Short

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes.
  • Determine root cause of customer success and failures.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals.
  • Provide input on new processes and workflow.
  • Ensure superior customer service levels and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
  • Hiring and developing staff, including performance reviews.
  • Oversight of project support including scope development and construction management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • A focus on relationships and trust-building.
  • Sound decision making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of construction bid documents.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Experience identifying client issues and creating solutions.
  • Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20%.
