Overview

Gordian is looking for an Account Manager who demonstrates professionalism and construction knowledge while delivering results through their expertise using Gordian’s extraordinary construction data and software.

In Short

  • Prepare and maintain schedules of activities to accomplish procurement objectives.
  • Implement project procedures from identification to construction execution.
  • Read and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of construction procurement or management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in commercial public construction operations.
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Background in construction documentation preferred.
  • Job Order Contracting or IDIQ experience preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% within assigned area.
