Overview

The Associate Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance will play a key strategic and analytical role in supporting the CFO across a broad range of corporate finance, investment, and operational initiatives at Fortitude Mining.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or consulting.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
