Overview

As a Java Developer at Formula.Monks, you will collaborate on mission-critical platforms, creating and enhancing innovative features while optimizing performance and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of Core Java development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with building high-throughput, low-latency, multithreaded systems.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and synchronization techniques.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture, Java Spring framework, and REST/websocket APIs.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google, or Azure.
• Background in working with Oracle, PL/SQL, Cassandra, Redis, or Kafka is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for issue troubleshooting.
• Expertise with performance-oriented system development principles.
