Overview

The Account Manager - Global Strategic Brands will be responsible for managing and expanding mid-tier Fintech, PSP's, and Financial Institution accounts in the UK, focusing on driving new business and building long-lasting client relationships.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-tier Fintech, PSP's, and Financial Institution accounts in the UK.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Actively prospect and engage new customers using a consultative approach.
  • Develop and execute account plans and calling strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track activities within CRM systems.
  • Contribute to financial and market analysis for commercial proposals.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs in the UK fintech landscape.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of account management experience in B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial technology.
  • Experience with enterprise customers and long sales cycles.
  • Experience working with mid-large sized banks or fintechs.
  • Strong relationship management skills focused on growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a commercial sales pipeline.
  • Track record of collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for fintech and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
