• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on contract law and compliance.
• Ensure contracts comply with Brazilian laws and gaming regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
• Identify potential legal risks in contract negotiations.
• Assist in dispute resolution, including arbitration and litigation.
• Stay updated on Brazilian law and iGaming regulations.
• Prepare reports on legal matters related to contracts.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• 3+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian contract law and compliance.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
